Will the Word file look exactly like the PDF?▾
PDFs designed in Word convert almost identically. PDFs created from heavy design layouts (brochures, magazines) lose some positioning because Word's flowing-text model can't reproduce absolute placement. Use the result as a starting point for editing.
Are scanned PDFs (images of text) supported?▾
Scanned PDFs need OCR first. Run them through our OCR PDF tool to make the text recognizable, then convert to Word.
Why is my converted Word file missing a chart?▾
Charts in PDFs are stored as vector drawings, not as Word chart objects. We append a high-resolution image of any chart-bearing page to the end of the document so the visual is preserved even if it's not editable.
